My treatment was a simple checkup this time, but I have had fillings and enlighten whitening- very happy with results. Very professional service, I always feel that I am being treated with respect. Very friendly staff, great opening hours, offers me the flexibility I need because of my busy schedule.

I am very nervous and really hate going to the dentist...I have been in pain for the past 2 weeks hoping the pain will go away..but it only got worse... I've been reading all the good reviews about optima and so decided to give it a shot. Receptionist was kind and very symphatetic, she offered me an appointment on the same day.. I was pleaseantly suprised to find lots of free parking outside the practice.. Dr Patel was very gentle and understanding. I am planning to come back for further treatment as I felt that despite the fact I am not the best with the treatment, my dentist treated me with dignity and respect. I highly recommend Optima, the staff is really lovely and caring

Very poor service rendered by staff. Rude and unkind behaviour. All the appointments I had were delayed by 20-30 minutes. The receptionist told me that I am running into another persons appointment and made me wait for an hour and she was unrealistic and told you will be seen in a min. Limited parking space. At least go half an hour before for the appointment.

Useless. Got an emergency appointment as I can not eat due to tooth pain. 15 minutes of checkup and was told I'm running into another person appointment and to come back 2 weeks later any treatment. Disgusting!
