Andre and his lovely dental nurse Silvia are absolutely wonderful!!! You couldn’t ask for a better dentist ! They are simply the the best !! And the receptionist is fantastic so lovely , kind and helpful!! Very lucky to have such a friendly caring dental practice X
Dr Andries and Silvia are both very friendly and very caring!! From the beginning till the end, you feel you are in the right hands of people who knows their job, enjoys it and wants to do it perfectly. On TOP very caring about your pain and trying to be as gentle as possible!!
From the moment of contact with the wonderful reception lady through to Dr Andries Dentist and Silvia Dental Nurse I can not express in words how grateful I am for how lovely I was treated today, I felt so at ease and instantly in good hands. The work on my cracked tooth is absolutely outstanding. So glad I met this wonderful team, makes the hard job of going to the dentist so much easier when you know you in good hands. Thank you very much.
Booked appointment with them as I had not seen a dentist for some years as covid prevented me from getting a dentist. Visited for a consultation and was given a plan and an appointment with the hygienist. I went for the appontment as scheduled charged £65 but when i returned 2 days later for my appointment with Andre I was told on arrival the booking was cancelled even though I was not informed of this. I explained I drove for 35 mins for appointment as i drove from Reading, receptionist very unapologetic and just said she would both another appt one week later. On the said day I got a phone call 2 hours before to say appt had to be cancelled once again. No apology once again just a rude comment from receptionist and put phone down on me. Very unprofessional practive, not at all happy.
Crosbie is amazing. My teeth were terrible and one broke off during rugby training. Alan Crosbie fixed many of my teeth and they look so perfect as if nothing ever happened to them. Can't be any happier. Would definitely recommend to anyone!
Andries Dentist and Silvia Dental Nurse are truly exceptional people in their field of work and treat their patients with empathy and genuine kindness and the highest level of professionalism and expertise. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
One of the most amazing times in the dentist! Dr Andre Laubscher and his team, Silvia Hope I pronounce your names well! were lovely! Very kind, supportive and explanatory. They fixed my tooth issue and they fully explained to me what it was.
I would 100% recommend this excellent dentist. I've used them for well over 20 years, quality, thorough operation, unreservedly recommended. My wife, nervous, was handled with sensitivity and concern. One of the good guys!
MR Crosbie has looked after my dental care for many years. This is not from habit, far from it, from my visits to the Dentist whist I was younger I ended up with a fear of dentists. Mr Crosbie has been able to allay those fears. I can not recommend his services, or that of his associates to highly. 4* is the highest I can award, I would go more if I could.
Receptionist simply assumed I was an NHS patient and would not serve me as they are only taking private patients. I am a private patient. She hung up before I could even a get word in.
