A great, wholesome family feel martial arts academy. Si Fu Tony and his team are brilliant at making you feel really welcome and sorting out any issues your child maybe facing - this is before the martial arts begins! I have a six year old son and he has really benefitted from attended the class.

Total Martial Arts is a premier martial arts and fitness academy whose reputation as a world class leader has been recognised both nationally and internationally.  The level of instruction and customer service is second to none.  I continually recommend them to family and friends.

I have known & trained with Sifu Tony for over 20 years. Together we have travelled & attended many instructor courses around the world. Tony's knowledge for the arts & reality based training far exceeds the norm. I am confident that any student training at TMA will be in good hands under the guidance of Tony and his instructors

I took my son to Tony (Sifu) as he was being bullied by older children in his first year at secondary school and he very quickly gained confidence in himself, the bullying has stopped and he has gone onto learn a very life enriching subject that they don't teach you at school. The knock-on effect is that now my daughter goes as well and I started Muay Thai at the same time as a complete beginner and I would never have believed the level of fitness that I have achieved 2 years on, I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone for Mind, Body and Soul.
