Amazing setup and perfect location. Easy to find and parking is available. Lee is one of the best PT's i have ever worked with. He listens and understands your requirements and tailors the workout to suit you with no drama and no fuss. I like how he also talks you through the relevant exercise and how each muscle group connects to the other, rather than just telling to you to lift!! Very knowledgable and i feel very comfortable that i am getting exactly what i asked for.

Leigh is an amazing personal trainer who is really enthusiastic, engaging, and dedicated to tailoring session fit to your needs. Leigh has his own PT studio which is clean light and spacious. Its a great place to train.
