Catalyst is an awesome gym in so many ways - my top 3 reasons:
A) the knowledge of the PT instructors to literally work with all shapes/sizes/abilities/goals is incredible. They design completely bespoke programmes and can adapt for injuries / motivation
B) the classes are awesome and get everyone involved and working together in our own little non-cliquey community. It's got a totally lush vibe which makes training so much fun
C) Sean's dancing will always make me smile 

Since being a member of Catalyst, I've become fitter, stronger and much happier with how I train & look.  I cant wait for each session - getting pushed exactly to my limit - this gets results.

I never thought I would love going to a gym! I started going to Catalyst once a week nearly 2 years ago but now that has increased to nearly 7 or 8 classes a week. The best thing about Catalyst is that anyone can join as the range and variety of each class is superb. 
I feel like I am part of a family when I walk through the doors, all the trainers are so welcoming, supportive and friendly. 
Catalyst has really changed my life for the better.

Professional, inclusive and enjoyable! Scott, Tony and the team provide a very welcoming environment for people of all levels. Above all, they genuinely care about your progress and clearly have a passion for success. If you're new to this, or a bit nervous, just give it a try. You won't be disappointed.

Whether it is for personal or group training, Catalyst is an incredible company!! Everyone who works there is encouraging and brilliant at what they do. I go to 2 of the group classes every week and whilst they are tough they are perfectly timed and the music and instructors get you through. I would recommend this to everyone!!

When I started at Catalyst I hadn't done any group exercise classes and was nervous for how I'd get on. I've now been training with Catalyst for 7 months and am religiously doing 4-5 classes per week, I've competed in a strength competition and made some really great friends. 
The trainers are exceptional and will tailor group classes to suit individual needs and are incredibly supportive.
