Since I've been going to TRX, I've not had a problem with my back. Before that, I was having episodes were a small thing would trigger spasms that would leave me bedridden for days. I had tried a chiropractor, physio, Pilates, etc. but TRX was the first stretching and strengthening exercise that actually worked. Now when my back triggers, it's just a niggle - a million miles from where I was before.
