I have been training with Mac at Elite Health & Fitness for the last 4 weeks in tandem with following his 21 day nutrition plan. I am amazed by the results. I've lost 11 pounds in 21 days, improved my BMI, and muscle tone and have much greater energy levels. I am pleasantly surprised at how easy it has been to follow the nutrition plan, it's a really sustainable way of eating. The training sessions are enjoyable and push me further than I would go at the gym on my own. I particularly like the variety of exercise and the small group settings, it never gets boring. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mac and Elite Health & Fitness to any friends or clients.

Not only is Mac a great bloke to work with he has transformed my fitness and managed my weight down by 20kg. I always feel welcomed and supported and would recommend Elite wholeheartedly.

I'd been doing aerobic classes for some time, and wasn't really seeing and results. But since joking the group classes with the Elite team I'm so much fitter, my body is more toned and and I'm much stronger too! The trainers are fantastic and really encourage and push you so I always feel I e had a proper work out!! It's such a fun and friendly atmosphere! And it doesn't matter what fitness level you are its accommodating for all! Would highly recommend supportive Elite fitness team to anyone who's looking for improving their fitness and shape!!

Elite is an awesome environment to discover how your body works and how to improve it. I have made a lot of breakthroughs in the seven months I've been there, including being able to do the monkey bars (never done it before), increasing my press ups by more than three times the volume (at 33 good form with no break, before it was 9). You will never be left out or behind in a semi-private class and I have met some really cool people to train with as well as had a great time in sessions with five instructors who all had great ability in their own fitness. The biggest change has definitely been my endurance. I remember clearly I was struggling at the warm up, now I am feeling more energy than ever before and even signed up to a marathon and training jiu jitsu twice a week. You will get value from training at elite!
