It’s ok. Changing rooms are nice. Clean a tidy. Main gym floor currently undergoing a revamp. Pool is freezing cold since the re lining. They have a stupid rule of no phones on the Poolside for swimmers or spectators of lessons. Life guards don’t seem to watch the pool just chat amongst themselves and fill in sheets on a clip board.
This is an awesome gym. I have registered here and the facilities are numerous to chose from. There are so many classes but I haven't tried any yet. There are saunas, steam rooms, and bubble jacuzzi to relax and reinvigorate. There are a couple of pools to swim ‍.nThe gym is clean and smells good. Air circulation is great. Adequate lockers and changing facilities. I would recommend you try.

It’s more expensive than other local gyms, such as The Gym, PureGym, all those places… but there are reasons for that!n• The changing rooms and showers are always really clean and the lockers are nice and big.n• The therapy pool, saunas, steam room etc are such a nice bonus.n• Especially after the recent revamp of the actual gym…it’s awesome. Some great new machines added, the weight room is now MASSIVE!, and they sensibly got rid of one of the studios to move a bunch of cardio machines in there to make room for even more weightlifting and I guess CrossFit style stuff.nnCouldn’t be happier. Well done for thinking about what your members want. I esp like those two new Hammer Strength leg presses! Maybe add a Hammer Strength upright chest press and we’re golden
