I train at this gym and absolutely love it (and hate it at the same time after a hard session😊). It is friendly and welcoming, with staff that are trainers who know what they are doing. I love that it's a 'proper' gym where all that go, go with the intention of getting on and properly working out. The classes are pretty tough but welcoming and most important I have stuck with the training for a year now and absolutely KNOW that I am fitter than I have been for years!

MPFit is a brilliant place to train. With knowledgeable staff, loads of equipment and a really well thought out class timetable you cannot fail to get great results!! I have been training at the gym for over a year and I am thrilled with the progress that I've made.

MP Fit is a functional fitness center. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The gym members are of all ages and fitness levels and male and female members are equally represented. The equipment is constantly being added to and updated and some of the kit here you won't find at your average commercial gym. Another great touch is that they do ask members for feedback on what new kit they would like and more often than not it will be purchased.
