Lena & Mel are fab PTs - not only do they work you hard, they make you laugh hard too! Lovely people, great atmosphere and very welcoming. A ‘proper’ gym!

Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Not just a gym, it’s a family and everyone is always made so welcome. The staff put so much effort and thought into the classes and personal training sessions. They really do make a difference.

Great gym, not too big but it has everything you need.  Additionally, there is a solarium here.  I recommend it with all my heart, great people have been creating this place for years.  Let's support local businesses!

Favourite ism abound at this gym I ain't been for 19 years I won't touch the place with a barge pole I keep well away so will my nephew's and niece who are fully grown up men and women
