If you are looking for great, natural looking hair systems, look no further! I’ve been using TCP at 209 for the last couple of years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. The systems are great and staff friendly and welcoming. Recently Cody has been styling my systems, he is a genius. I can’t recommend Total Cover Plus,Tom, Cody and the whole team highly enough. If you want a great solution to hair loss, from understanding, empathetic and all round lovely staff, Total Cover Plus and 209 Salon are your answer.
This was my second visit to the salon and once again the welcome was fabulous and I was as comfortable as if I had just walked into my own home. The team there are very attentive and give you a feeling that someone is genuinely taking an interest in what you are explaining to them about a very sensitive and quiet emotional situation. For first time visitors like myself, there’s always going to be a certain amount of anxiety and uncertainty. Cody certainly made it feel like a normal visit to the barbershop! I felt so relaxed and confident I was in the hands of someone so knowledgeable and honest.
I’ve been a customer for a few years now and have received stella service from everyone. All are extremely friendly, knowledgable and professional and my current stylist Bradley is absolutely awesome.
After searching long and hard for a hair procedure I finally came across Total Cover Plus. I had done my research online, watched videos and seen the reviews and I really liked what I saw, so I booked my consultation back in November 2019, which was with TAMMI. The consultation itself was very lengthy and detailed, TAMMI certainly knows her stuff. Apart from detailing and explaining every part of what happens from start to finish, which helped me fully understand what I was signing up for, TAMMI’S absolute honesty was what I really liked. There was no glossing over anything, she explained the pros and cons very few I have to say - just the ‘lifts’ you get and how to fix them was the only real con for me, and that’s not difficult to manage. I went away feeling very confident and I knew that Total Cover Plus was the best option for me. Not just for the actual procedure but the warm welcome that I received on consultation day. I had to go away for a couple of months to grow my hair out, when that was done I then booked my application the following February. I returned in February very confident and very excited. TAMMI did my application and every step of the way everything she was doing was explained, so I understood how the procedure works, so if I encountered problems I knew exactly what I needed to do away from the salon. The explanation was very detailed. TAMMI wasn’t just a stylist and system-fitter but a trainer for me, which helped me greatly. TAMMI involved me in the process, too. In the long run this really did help me. My advice to anyone thinking of having a system fitted is listen to what your stylist is telling you, believe me it will help you overcome any problems you encounter and you will look after your system so much better for it. This is so important that you listen, ask questions and understand what you’re being told, as if you don’t you may run into difficulties with your system and can cost you additional money to get fix. LISTEN TO YOUR STYLIST. THEY KNOW BEST! Since my application I have had one refit and am going back for my second on Thursday 16th July 2020 it’s been four months because of coronavirus. Even though it’s been four months between refits I have still maintained my system very well, due to the in-depth advice I was given. In my honest opinion, Total Cover Plus is just the best. I am a “here and now” person and this is the perfect solution for me. The systems are clean, fitted incredibly well and are completely undetectable. Believe me, it looks and feels like your own hair. The prices are very reasonable, all the salon staff and owner are friendly and the communication is great. TAMMI is just the best - even if she isn’t your stylist always say hello! Having my system fitted has given me a renewed confidence that I thought I’d never have. I can honestly say that choosing Total Cover Plus was the best decision I made. You walk in with no hair and within an hour or so you walk out with a full head of hair. It doesn’t get better than that!
