Absolutely awful service. Phoned up for an appointment was pleased to find they could see me in one hour. Turned up, sat down...waited and waited. Then asked how long it would be (they never once apologised for being late) was then asked if it would be ok if I came back in the afternoon because she was looking after her child...REALLY?! Wow

I have been Laxmi's client for more than 5 years, she is brilliant at her job and I would never change her with anybody else. She is very precise and accurate and I always leave the salon with a smile! Sandra
