Lovely staff the new owner has really taken a shine!! Highly impressed so welcoming always smiling very homly atomesphere but very professional aswell.

The whole dynamics have really changed since I last went there 4 years ago.

Been to Getsby a few times but tried them for the first time for highlights. Worst experience ever! I informed them when booking what I wanted and when I went, they didnt had the right colour. Actually they didnt had any colour and used the one which another customer got for herself. The senior stylist was very
Talkative and less efficient in what she actually supposed to do. Got poor advice for hair colour too! Went back a week later as the first time was a major failure, The owner assured that she'll get the desired colour, still they didnt had any colour at all. Looked like the owner forgot to buy it AGAIN!!! And didn't bother to inform me at least even on the dAy! Two wasted visits and tht too with a 2 months old baby! £60 gone to drain. Freindly but very unprofessional attitude.

My girlfriend and myself frequently visit Gatsby, we both love it here, its such a happy run family fill to it. They  offer a range of services from hair to beauty. All the stuff are down to earth happy workers. Definitely recommended.
