Coloured my hair here. I had the worst hair colour experience ever!. This was on a Tuesday there was only one staff working. While I had my appointment she served 4 customers in-between. I was left with wet hair and unattended. It just felt like the staff didn't care. The whole appointment took 3 hours! Ridiculous. The price agreed when I booked the appointment was 65£ but I ended up paying 120£. I just paid and left as I couldn't stay in that place any longer. I was really nice to staff and I felt like they used that thinking it's ok if I serve other customers in-between and leave her as she won't complain. Wouldn't recommend and Bad customer service!

Great Salon, and very friendly staff! The prices are the best I’ve seen in Watford, the girls make you feel at ease as soon as you walk through the door. They don’t judge me for being a male and coming in to get all services done. The waxing is pain free and quick, I put my full Trust in Sneha. Alex is the most amazing nail tech, she passes no judgment when I ask for a full set with pink sparkly glitter, and the pedicure she does for me has saved my feet! God Bless her! I don’t know what I did before CJ got her hands on my hair, I’ve gone from a scruff to looking groomed and handsome! Also Talking to her is such a laugh! I use both the sunbeds and I’ve had a few spray tans from the lovely CJ too! Strongest beds on the high street! All Fab girls, in a modern and salon, convenient location, great prices!

After recently moving to hemel from Hastings, looking for somewhere to get my nails done takes alot of research for me.. came to luminate watford yesterday and what a experience had my full set of gel acrylics put on and they look amazing, the staff were so chatty and friendly, took their time on my nails to look perfect then after they even managed to fit me in to do HD brows for me, have definitely found my new go to on getting my nails and brows done. Would highly recommend and thank you for making me feel like a woman again!!
