Won't be attempting to use this salon again. Booked an appointment earlier in the day for my 3 year old. Arrived on time, and the lady was just starting another person. Was told she would be a few mins. 10 mins later asked how much longer as my son was getting restless, told another 15/20 mins! That is NOT a few mins! Anyway thankfully we didn't wait any longer and found another salon who was able to do it there and then and without having an appointment booked even!!!! Terrible customer service!! Was recommended by a friend and I'll be advising her not to use them again!
