I was  advised by my go  to contact Sarah as I suffer long standing joint problems.
Firstly  she only lives a mile away so I could drive myself to and from appointments which has been an issue when attending hospital physio appointments as I had to have someone to drive me home after.

Sarah is exceptionally professional, but  makes you feel at ease and  before  each treatment session .she ialways asks  how you have been after your previous treatment  and will modify exercises or treatment according to  the information you give her.

I have learnt more about my conditions and  how to try and alleviate them with Sarah's help and guidance .
I would not hesitate  in giving friends and family Sarah’s  contact details  if they  needed  physio care and advice.

After receiving a diagnosis of vertigo Sarah has helped me enormously.  . By tailoring a programme of vestibular excercises to my condition we have virtually erradicated all the symptoms. Sarah had the correct knowledge to do this recognising the symptoms immediately and adjusting the excercises as I improved.  She gave me hope when others had no idea how to treat it. Highly recommended.
