I am researching which gym to start using and I can not believe that after all there one or two star reviews over a long time you have not sorted yourselves out yet. You are losing business this way. Up to you but I'll pass.

Have to add my voice to the others who found this gym dirty and over priced. I was also unimpressed with management - they need to be sent to customer service training urgently - management isn't about ego, it's about making the customer feel welcome and loyal - you don't feel that here. You feel disgusted and unwelcome, like a dirty motel run by mobsters imho.

Went here for a year and paid £51 per month for the pleasure. As other reviews have said, there is a lot to be desired in terms of cleanliness. The equipment is usually dusty and the changing/shower rooms are quite grubby.

On the plus side, for swimming in Norwich the pool is very quiet - so if you can afford to pay a premium and like lots of room it could be great for that.

The management here is very good and dealt with an issue of guys cat-calling very quickly, which was nice this was taken seriously.

If you want a "health club" then Nuffield may well be for you. If you just want a gym, you can get better value elsewhere in my opinion.

Great gym. Lovely receptionists. Personal trainers all very informative and nice. Good faciltys and a ladies only gym. Highly recommend!! x
