The treatment and guidance i’ve Received over the past year from Recover Physio has been vital to my rehabilitation from my initial injury to rehabilitation after surgery to my ankle. I would highly recommend! Every time I go for a session I come out feeling more positive and comfortable about the injury I have. I'm always made welcome and I also enjoy the sessions!

After finishing the marathon I had huge issues with my knees and it meant I couldn't walk up stairs without being in agony. I had tried a few other Physio's but there was no progress. After being recommended recover physiotherapy by a friend I went 3 times in one week. They were quickly able to determine what the issue was and within a week after treatment I could walk up stairs and even attempted running a few weeks later. 5 months on and I'm back on the hockey pitch back to full fitness. I couldn't recommend anyone more highly

I found Recover Physiotherapy Norwich when searching for help after injuring my foot running. After a full assessment to understand how my injury had occurred, Stuart took me through a recovery plan which strengthened both the injured foot and the supporting muscles to improve my overall running strength. What was great was the understanding of my desire to get running again as quickly as possible and the practical advice for someone who doesn't want to sit still. Any problems in the future, I will definitely get back in touch!
