I highly recommend this post natal pilates class, especially for women who want to get back in shape, not just get out of the house! I feel my core strength returning after just a few weeks. Hanna is great at keeping the babies happy so there is no excuse not to work out!

I cannot speak highly enough of Hanna. Having spent 5 and a half hours with 2 other physios, I was still experiencing severe back pain, which was affecting every aspect of my life, including my mental health. I was encouraged by the reviews online and decided to give Hanna a go. Her approach was hugely different to the other physios; she was confident that my back pain was nothing serious and she 'freed me up' to not be scared of the pain, but to relax and return to my normal activities. Hanna's manner is very supportive and she seemed to sense my vulnerability and tuned into my needs which were as much psychological as physical; she gets the mindbody connection and incorporates this in her approach. I saw Hanna at 6pm and felt better that very evening. Of huge importance to me was her willingness to be contacted via email in between planned appointments, should the need arise; I felt that I wasn't 'going it alone'. Thank you, Hanna; you're one in a million.

When I first met Hanna I was in such a bad place, physically and emotionally. An operation to remove my Endometriosis had gone wrong and I had been left with SPD; in unbareable pain and with limited mobility. I couldn't access the help and support I desperately needed through my GP, so turned to Hanna (in tears) for help... Fast forward three years, and I'm sitting cross-legged, laughing through the final moments of my last PhysioYoga class! Hanna literally gave me back my body and my life! There are simply not enough ways to describe what a special person she is.

If you truly want to get back to health after childbirth, I cannot recommend Hannah highly enough. Once you listen and understand that healing takes time, Hannah will guide you through the stages with exercises and focus points to work on. I visited Hannah when I was 12 weeks post partum, having had sign off from the NHS but knowing in my gut it wasn't ok to go running just yet. Hannah examined me fully, gave me a programme and now at seven months post partum (everyone is different, I took a while due to the labour I experienced) I am back running and feel strong, which is so important for me and in my role as a mother. Go and see Hannah - it will be a better investment than anything else you do for you.

I have had long term back problems since the age of 10. More recently in the past few years it was the worse I had ever had and I was struggling to do anything without getting massive muscle cramps in my back along with the other usual pain. I had regular massages to ease the pain, Chiropractic for a year, and osteopathy for another. A lot of money. All helped ease the symptoms but whenever they flared up I had to wait in agonising pain until I could get an appointment. My 1:1 sessions with Hanna gave me the tools to help myself and get better. After the initial first 2-3 appointments I saw good improvements. The difference with this treatment was that after 6 months I no longer needed appointments as I was able to help myself. She was amazing at figuring out my special circumstances, as nothing has worked as well as this before. Hanna made me feel very comfortable and is super friendly too. Whenever pain flares up and I do not know what to do she always responds to emails. Although I only get it once in a while when I haven't done my exercises for a week or so. Other than that I am now 99% pain free! I could not recommend her enough!
