Absolutely awful customer services;
We bought my daughter a pair of ripped jeans for Christmas, she put them on and immediately one of the rips started opening down the leg.

My daughter and wife took the jeans back to which a member of staff agreed to exchange, however Tom the store manager reversed this decision and stated as they had been worn they wouldn’t exchange. 

My wife voiced her objections however Tom was having none of it and stated we would have to return them to customer services.

This item is faulty and as such should be exchanged! However Tom doesn’t agree.
The Jeans weren’t cheap.

Do not buy anything from this shop unless you are absolutely certain it won’t need to be returned.

excellent customer service. never had trouble returning items. also, because it's a smaller store they have many items available while other shops have all sold out.

Staff are really rude in there. They are very unwelcoming. I would prefer to travel to a different topshop then go in this one.
