Very poor servicenManager has no clue what’s happening in her store.. she is rude ,non helpful and absolutely no customer service… I have been using this branch for more than 20 years but will never step in again.nManager on shift 09 JUN 24nNeed to be more flexible or need to change.nManagement of TK Maxx need to take this review seriously as I have spent so much in this store and what I have received is Zero respect…nReally annoyed and very poor service.
Always lots of different clothing and home supplies available, however they are always short staffed on the tills and the queue build up quickly. Be prepared to wait!
Really good range of products today, however only 1 person serving on the tills when there was a whole queue of people waiting. Staff kept wandering over to a till then walking off again. Leaving one poor girl on her own with probably 10/15 people waiting to pay! Not great on your part Harlow TKMaxx
This is a well stocked store. I always go here looking for one thing and leave with another. Its good for a browse around.
Got everything i needed went in for suit cases got a few other bits too but look around the itms your buying one of the cases had a big dent in the bottom of it
