First time I ordered from here the pizza was lovely and the service was prompt. At this point I would have given the place 4 stars. Second time I ordered over the phone and the guy started swearing at me because I got my card number wrong. The problem was more of a lost in translation type deal. I swore to myself once I realised I had miss quoted my card number but the guy on the phone thought I was swearing at him. I tried to calm the situation by apologising but he was so angry with me it was impossible to get a word in edge ways. He hung up on me. I phoned back to try again and he hung up on me. I phoned again because I really wanted to diffuse this ridiculous situation and he eventually decided that he would allow me to order a pizza. After resubmitting my order he quoted me a price that was much more than it should have been... I hung up. I admit that I probably shouldn't have sworn (at myself) but really the guy was completely unreasonable and just would not listen after that. This entire situation could have been avoided with the smallest slither of customer service. Anger management classes probably wouldn't go a miss either.

Pre-ordered my pizza and chicken wings at 18:30 for 20:00. Was still waiting for it at 20:15, called the restaurant and was told "it'll be there in 5 minutes". Waited another 30 minutes and called them again, the so called owner answered and was on of the rudist people I've EVER spoken to. Didn't care, didn't listen and had some sort of idea that I should know that HIS delivery drivers had other address to go to first? Pizza was stone cold, chicken wings ended up in the bin. Will NEVER...... EVER order anything from this so called Tops Pizza.

Awful customer service! They were half an hour late, and when I rang to ask where it was, the man was so so rude to me, and just kept talking over me saying "It's on it's way" before hanging up on me! Will not be ordering from them again. However, the delivery man was very apologetic and sweet.

Shocking!!! 1hour And 20mins wait. Call to find out what’s going on, very rude man then decides to shout down the phone it’s on it’s way. Tried to question and just shouted again and hung up. On top of that, food was cold and disgusting and went straight in the bin with 2 kids very hungry!!! Would never use again.
