Had a lovely meal -huge Calzone. Manger was a fun guy and couldn’t do enough for us. Good food and nice setting.Would recommend .

Do not order the Calzone - VERY LITTLE FILLING. Go across the street to Zizzi's. Much better food & dining experience!

Would have been a really good meal if when we asked the manager where the one missing meal for a member of our party was (after waiting 15 minutes after everyone else had been served) he had not gone into melt down and become very rude and agressive. Needs some customer relationship training I think. Shame as the rest of the staff were lovely.

The service by the staff was good but the manager was an absolute joke he has no customer service skills and made the while visit awful. The food was good but to wait 10 minutes for one person's meal to get to the table when the rest are eating is not great. Get a new manager who is good with customer and it would be 5*.

Really disappointed with the service and food today at Prezzo in bracknell . Slow unwelcoming service and food was served cold specially lagsagna. If you want good food don't go to Prezzo in bracknell .Try zizi next door .
