Staff are excellent, 1 girl in the Durham shop who I have dealt with over the last year has always gone the extra mile helping me to achieve beautiful results with me tiled rooms

Easy to find, good parking on site. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Found what I was looking for. Ordered and collected in store two days later. They even carried the tiles to the car.

I've used tops tiles in Durham on several occasions and have always found the staff very helpful and not to overbearing as in some shops. Holly served me last time and was very helpful indeed.. Highly recommend.

Staff went above and beyond to help us get tiles from another store when we were needing extra tiles urgently. Special thanks to Holly . Would definitely use them in the future.

Not a good store stuff is not helpful at all

Extremely disappointed. Tiles absorbed dirt despite being told they were not porous. I cannot get stains out of the regal vanilla Matt tiles, they always look dirty. Topps tiles advice is to keep buying the expensive cleaning products that they sell!

Thanks to Abby and her Team Topps Tiles are back as my number one place to   explore  and buy - Her  knowledge patience  and understanding  have been 2 nd  to non I cannot  praise  the store enough  - its  so easy to walk in and out  of a tile shop as even  in several of their branches  in the south  but not in Durham  I would certainly drive 2-3 hours  for their   help in putting  idea together  and following through .
