The staff at the checkouts look absolutley frozen due to the lack of heat & the wind blowing through the door at the end of the till they could have some kind of perspex cover to protect them from the weather or an above door heater. Its not attractobe to see ataff shovering in cold at this time of year.
Went in today for quite alot of worktops, units, lighting and the staff I have got to say couldn't do enough! Massive shout out to Keith who was amazing at customer service and took the time to help me so much. We were in hours, having work tops cut and various other things. Can't commend the staff enough for the customer service. They were all fantastic, really helpful and all done with a smile
Had a lot of mdf boards to cut was served by Damon. He was fantastic and did a great job of cutting everything spot on thank you. I would highly recommend him great worker and brilliant attitude toward customer care thanks again much appreciated
Big, lots of stock, the isle are labled well. However sometimes have been moved to sections that they shouldn't be in as they're on offer for example making it hard to find sometimes. Also finding a colleague to get assistance can sometimes be hard but overall a decent shop
Only go here out of necessity. Used to be quite a big store with lots of choice. Only go in once I've checked stock of what I need online. I'd say it's probably best for paint/decorating products than it is for all other things. Plenty of choice of colours etc. but a bit limited when it comes to wallpapers. Tools and gardening items are a bit limited, better to use Screwfix, which while owned by the same company have a better range of products and cheaper prices
