Went to store this morning for kitchen laminate flooring. Staff member got me help from Liam. He got flat trolley for me, loaded laminate onto trolley then went to check-out with me then loaded them into my car for me. What a wonderful example of help and support.
Only go here out of necessity. Used to be quite a big store with lots of choice. Only go in once I've checked stock of what I need online. I'd say it's probably best for paint/decorating products than it is for all other things. Plenty of choice of colours etc. but a bit limited when it comes to wallpapers. Tools and gardening items are a bit limited, better to use Screwfix, which while owned by the same company have a better range of products and cheaper prices
Love this shop, it has been like my second home for the past few months whilst decorating. And just love the Valspar paint mixing
Pretty Decent amount of selection, better use of space than others in the county. Mark down is for the huge speed bumps infront of it, absolutely no need for them to be that big. Wouldn't be able to get a heavy load from the store otherwise you'd struggle not to damage your car.
I popped in for some screws and the staff were really friendly. Can't fault them on their friendliness, helpfulness, and professionalism.
