As usual you pop in for a look & come out with a basket full! Overall the staff are friendly & helpful can find most things here at good prices. The only negative i have seen is often queuing & thinking to yourself in queue please make the announcement to open another till.

We went in here and saw a nice toy at the front of the store for my daughter’s birthday. It was on the top shelf so I we were struggling to reach it. We tried for atleast 5 minutes and were looking for a member of staff. 2 members of staff watched us while we struggled and walked away when we tried to get help to get it down. We saw a stool in the middle of the isle and decided to use it. One of the unhelpful members of staff started shouting that we couldn’t use the stool. When we said we’d been looking for help she decided to just clearly be homophobic towards us.nnAfter walking round and getting the till, she’d took her name tag off, probably so we couldn’t report her. She was working on till 7 just after 8am, died blonde hair and her fringe out. Another woman served us who was lovely and slightly saved the experience.

Shop itself is ok, however the staff are very unhelpful.nWhen searching for items in store I have asked staff for assistance only to be told to look on a shelf if it's not there they don't have it.nI am disabled & wanted to purchase some compost. Previously I could go to the till & I was able to purchase the compost without having to lift it into my trolley to take into store to the till but now that isn't an option. I asked in store  if there was anyone that could help me due to my disability but despite being told initially that someone would help me lift the compost into the trolley & help me get into the car I was told there was no one available.nLeft store empty handed

Excellent range of products, decent prices compared to some of its DIY neighbours. The outside selection was also a brilliant feature but housing decor is massive compared to smaller branches and local stores.

Looking for Halloween things and was very disappointed in how little they had, situated in a corner of the store.They us d to have a good range of Halloween things, but instead their isles are aimed at Christmas items.
