We have used Topservice for a lot of years and the service has been invaluable in helping us to not only credit score credit customers but keep us up to date with any changes in customer circumstances. We also find the debt collection service helps hugely in both encouraging payment and also perusing bad debts using solicitors and the courts where necessary. The team are great, always friendly and knowledgeable and help keep our credit control on track. keep up the great work.

Threatening letters based on a debt of £26.00 being owed and payment not made for 60 days which was an oversight. These companies harass and threaten without due diligence or clarification of debt. Any company that uses this type of company and its methods when dealing with small local businesses should be ashamed. My invoices have always been paid for 20 years and I will never use the company again if they repay loyal customers by using this disgraceful means to an end.

I have always had a great service.  All my enquiries are dealt with efficiently and promptly, the staff are friendly and  knowledgeable. I can honestly say that all my dealings with Top Service have been positive.

A Credit agency that is really helpful, with a super easy to use website. Invaluable when deciding when and if to give new accounts credit.

Have been using Top Service now for a couple of years and have found their service excellent. Really helpful information about various construction companies and extremely helpful staff on the other end of the phone! Relatively fair prices considering how much our company uses it. Would definitely recommend to other construction companies!

My company - Merkko Builders Merchants - has been a customer of Top Service since April 2013 and I have found them to be the best credit reference agency I have ever used. As well as using them for checking all credit account applications, we have used them to chase outstanding debts with great success, and have recently started using Top Service for collecting unpaid debts - they really live up to their company name - Top Service!

I have used Top Service for a few years now and when I moved companies a couple of years back, one of my first jobs was to set up a new account with them.  In simple terms, if you work in the construction industry you NEED a subscription with this company!  A company is only as good as its staff though, and this is also this company's greatest strength. I cannot overstate the level of service provided, depth of knowledge and genuine warmth from each and every one of the team I have dealt with.  Full credit to the directors for creating this environment. I know how difficult this is to achieve across a business, but also how important it is if you are going to succeed in the long term.  They are hands down the single best credit referencing service I have used anywhere.  Their offering goes way beyond simply providing reports and insight as the usual suspects Creditsafe, Experian etc do.  They record the experiences of other subscribers positive and negative.  They provide a range of support options when your customer needs reminding it is in their best interests to pay you most are included in the subscription. The monthly cost by the way, is surprisingly low - I would have charged more! :  And possibly most usefully, they tell you when something serious may be happening with a customer in your portfolio. This last one has proved very useful twice this year!  To be clear. I have no affiliation to this company, I am simply a professional who values service and recognises that the more people who use this service, the better it becomes for all of us.

I have worked for Top Service for 17 years and could not imagine a better place to work. The company genuinely values both their staff and customers. The businesses main focus has always been and will always be customer service. They provide their staff with all the training and support needed to make sure that every customer receives the highest standard of service possible.

REMEMBER PEOPLE ARE ON THE EDGE  MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS  I was just called by S P. I would like to put a complaint in about her and the way I was treated by her. She was rude and extremely patronising suggesting that I'm lying. Let's be clear here. I do not warrant someone talking to me like that. She was out of order and should be reprimanded accordingly.  I am a human being and have struggled greatly with my mental health since having to close my business, your staff should take this into consideration first and foremost.  I have nothing left and haven't worked for 4 months.  I am struggling to stay afloat both mentally and financially.  Your bully tactics are abhorrent and clearly designed to put fear into the equation.  Disgusting and underhand.  Unfortunately you have turned your own hand S.  I suggest you live up to your threats then and take me to court. I will state in documents your aggressive stance and attitude towards a human being that is struggling ie you care zero about someone that's attempted suicide once already this year,  as I stated to you on the phone, and is currently engaging with the NHS to keep me from the depression I am currently in.  Perhaps remember your actions and the way you deal with human beings has a direct impact on how they are feeling.

It has been a pleasure to work for this company over the last 5 years. The company values both their staff and customers to a very high level and have provided great opportunities to grow and excel their staff's skills through new roles and external courses over the years.
