Brought a phone off them on amazon sold to me as unlocked however on receiving I put virgin in requested an unlock pin put a o2 sim in same only sim it would take was a three sim On informing them I was told go get it unlocked take a pic of receipt and we’ll give u £5-10 firstly I brought and paid for an unlocked device and secondly why should I now pay for a taxi too The device itself is excellent and no signs of damage which is the reason I’ve decided to keep it so they get a star for that but as a whole it’s not been a good experience and would I recommend others buying from them No coz u don’t know what you’ll get

Bought a ps3 from them on Amazon. Noticed it had had its PlayStation Network disabled. Fortunately, I decided to get in touch immediately regarding a refund (never wait 14 days let alone 30 days like this guy reviewing below). If it's broke they gotta refund it! The guy i emailed was swnd, sorted the refund and paid me the P&P for sending back the ps3...good guys...

Sold me a stolen blacklisted phone through Amazon, I keep messaging them asking for a refund in line with the consumer rights act 2015 and they just ignore my messages.

Bought an iPhone 5 from them on Amazon. Battery/hardware issue renders it simply unusable. Battery life rapidly decreases from 100% to nothing in a few hours. I decided to see if I could get along with it but they refused a refund after the 30 day period. This is fair enough but there was no mention of the issues in the advert and had I known I would not have bought it. I am now forced to sell it and likely lose money doing so because I am not a dishonest or misleading seller. Avoid at all costs.

Never use this shop last xmas i bought my nephew a remote control helicoptor for £60 this was one of his big presents he was so excited when he opened it it did not work properly and the propeller was snapped i took it straight back after xmas and they wouldnt do anything i tried and tried for months after writing to head office and many calls and visits to the shop still no luck i just left the helicopter they spoke to me disgusting and said they would put it in bin my nephew was then left without a present and he was so upset never again would i spend my money in thid shop they are con artists 1 star is far too good for them
