Trying to sort out a bank account for my daughter. She's at school till 4 and I get 1 Saturday off a month. Office hours and 9 till 5, why does the bank close at 3 on week days.
Wonderful bank , staff so efficient and friendly, very sorry had to leave and swop to another bank due to bank closing at 3pm , doesn't make sense when all other banks in redditch are open longer hours. Not really helpful when you want to discuss things
Atrocious service the staff put every possible obstacle in the way to make it impossible to register my 89 year old Mothers Power of Attorney, Bromsgrove Branch completed it in 20 minuets, well done Bromsgrove excellent service, Reddich a shambles, shame on you.
I have been trying to cancel a appointment waist of time trying to call no one answers the phone
2pm on a Friday one person on a till and a que out the door shambles!!!
Friendly staff but queues can be quite long especially at weekend
