I agree.. it is like a jungle there I worked there for 6 months the putrid smell of body of odur from staff who were trying to get as much money from Lil old ladies as possible by scaring them. Stating that they will receive court action and a visit from debt collectors if they do not pay up. Then the people they employ.. It's like they put an add out at the jobcentre (wait they do) the staff bar a few are disgusting it's like 6th form. The men's toilets on almost every floor are blocked with beeriods before 12pm in the afternoon. I'm suprised that the owners of the mclaren building haven't kicked them out. And finally the management... What do they do. Il tell you what go right to the back of the Contact centre and just chat and don't care when anyone needs help. They have a manager the ginger bulldog one who's always first to bite back.. I swear people save yourselves from this immoral cesspit and find a job at a decent company.

Extremely terrible do not attempt to go there, there will recruit through agency so you might not see this review but this company is on its way to completely failing. There is no interview either so you can imagine (Birmingham)
