This was a good experience of buying a car, the car was clean and in a lovely condition. The car drove brilliantly despite the rain!nOnly negative was that I was never told the vehicle failed it's MOT so I turned up thinking I would test drive it and had to go back the following week.nDespite this they managed to extend the reservation and were very apologetic over this.

I work for car dealership and have good idea on how we treat our customers, and even if I didn’t work in the trade everyone knows how people should be treated. But Top Gear….. what a terrible customer service, I have spoken to Gavin on Saturday at 4pm, given all my details and arranged viewing of a Volvo S60 the next day on Sunday at 2pm, I travelled almost 5 hours and got there for 1pm. Walked into the office and been told that they took deposit for that car in the morning, no phone call, no text message literally nothing I got totally ghosted out. Mr Gavin and his fellow friend did not care that I was devastated upon arrival and that they messed me about, they simply said that they can’t do anything about it and that it’s first come first served, which would be fine if they told me that the day before so I would of left some deposit to secure viewing, instead I was treated like peace of dirt! In my opinion the staff needs proper training on how to deal with customers. Cost me time, money and stress. If you choose TOP GEAR I’d recommend you use top gear in your legs and run as fast as possible from this dealership.
