I rarely write reviews and wanted to thank the Audi Stoke team for their help with my recent car service and MOT. I only have a used Audi and was not buying a new car and also was a very late booking. I was looked after just the same as if I was buying a new car. The experience was really a breeze and their customer service is the best I have received.nBig thanks to Karolina and Maya who really went the extra mile to help and all the staff really do an amazing job there too. Highly recommend and thank you for the quick turnaround too.

Our advisor Sunny was excellent and really provided a professional service from Audi Stoke.nnMy wife had recently been diagnosed with cancer, and as she had always had the family car, it was her turn to have a sporty little motor. Sunny was fantastic with my wife, he didn't push anything, none of those gimmick sales techniques to try make you buy the car. It was really refreshing to see, as a bloke I am a little more immune to sales guys, but it was great to see Sunny was always calm, even when I was trying my best to wing some freebies. Thank you Sunny, seeing my wife collecting the beautiful Audi TT today was the first time in weeks I've seen my wife smiling with joy and happiness.
After eleven years of having an Audi A5, I decided to have a change and i’m so pleased i made the drive down to Stoke Audi after seeing a nice S3 on Autotrader.nI was initially approached by Mateusz who is genuinely a really nice, honest guy.nHe was very polite, knowledgeable and very professional.nI had a look over the vehicle and we took it for a test drive. I knew that i was going to buy it within the first five minutes, i loved it !nMateusz made the transaction very easy and straightforward. I got a great deal and picked up my new S3 a few days later.nAbsolutely brilliant customer service with no hard sell at all which i really appreciated.nA few days later Mateusz followed up with a phone call to check i was happy with the car and if i needed any help with anything.nVery Happy Customer !
Bought a new Audi A6 Avant from Stoke Audi and I have to say the experience was First rate. The salesman Alex Hill Was very attentive and went through all the necessary steps professionally . Simon Handy also dealt with us professionally and courteously throughout our time there
