Jack Bannister... Thank you! Absolutely loving the car you sold me. Service from Jack was second to none. I enquired about the car on a Friday, and by the following Friday, the new car was delivered, and our old one was picked up - as a part exchange, All done through Bristol Street. Excellent price on the new car and a great price on our part ex. Jack made buying online very easy. We're circa 150 miles away from the dealership and the whole experience from initial enquiry to taking delivery having the new car delivered to our front door was a doddle. You're an absolute asset to the company Jack Bannister - well done!
Don’t bother wasting your time taking your vehicle here for repairs or servicing. Poor communication throughout from the service desk, my car still isn’t working correctly and is still displaying the same issue having spent almost £3000. Nobody at the garage is interested in resolving this. Still awaiting a call back from a manager as I’m not happy - wouldn’t have thought it should take 2 days to return my call?!nnYou would think taking it to a main dealer would’ve been a safe bet, but how wrong was I. Still waiting for my app to be updated a week later with my service details on it.nnJust avoid and find a garage who will help you, not cause you more inconvenience.
I am utterly disappointed with the service I received at this Ford dealership. I brought my car in because the heating stopped working, and I paid £350 for a diagnostic test. However, I was completely misinformed about the issue with my car. The problem was not what they had diagnosed, which was frustrating in itself.nnAfter receiving this incorrect information, I tried to contact the dealership multiple times for clarification and assistance, but all my inquiries were ignored. After a week of no response, I had no choice but to go to another official Ford service center. To my shock, it was discovered that the issue was a manufacturing defect covered by a recall, High Voltage Battery Junction Box HVBJB and the part had simply failed.nnDespite the fact that the issue was related to a known factory fault, I was still charged £350 for a diagnostic that didn’t even address the real problem. Not only was my mustang mach-e not repaired, but the entire situation was handled poorly. It’s unacceptable that a reputable brand like Ford allows such behavior from its authorized service centers.nnThis experience has left me feeling completely let down, the coffee a young salesperson offered me while I waited was delicious and kind,
Excellent service given by John and callum. I went there not knowing anything about exchanging my vehicle or how to get a car through finance.They explained everything clearly. They were patient and understanding even if we asked them to re-explain things multiple times. I am grateful and thankful for their support. So Kudos for the excellent customer service . And I loved how I didn't have to fill long boring application forms. It was quick and easy
I took my car for a service which was covered under warranty, as I needed some spark leads replacing, it took them 2 days longer than they said to return my car, and even after all that, it turns out they didn't even clear the engine code meaning I had persistant errors. I then had to take it to a garage and get them to clear the fault which cost me £50. I was happy with the customer service however the lack of communication and clearly not doing the simple thing of clearing the fault I was unhappy with.
