Purchased a car today, from start to finish Courtney was amazing! She rang with a courtesy call this morning and booked us an appointment for the afternoon. Got there, we did a test drive then filled in the paper work. She was really helpful, knowledgeable and everything was quick! Thank you so much Courtney, we will definitely recommend to friends and family!
I can highly recommend the service team at Longton Car Supermarket. From point of call to Joe, right through to the completed repair, I received only the best service. In just one afternoon, I had a complete new set of brake pads and front discs, was able to have use of a courtesy car and was kept informed of progress and cost throughout. I am very grateful for their professionalism and expertise and would recommend to all. A job well done
After service not too good... Whilst my experience at first was great with the sales advisor, couldn't do enough for me. I took the car and it was dirty inside, to be fair the car hadn't been with them that long, I didn't mind too much because I can clean a car.nnThat day I put the car into reverse and noticed the camera seemed that it was dirty, wiped the camera and nothing changed, I booked it into be checked, the camera was cracked and the bracket was broken that holds the camera n place. I had to take it to Hanley, no issues taking it to Hanley, went to pick it up, camera not changed over. Couldn't replace it because 1 they didn't have a camera fair enough 2 the garage couldn't get in touch with car supermarket and they wanted authorisation that they could change it under warranty. What a pain it was to try and get this sorted.nnGarage ended up sending a quote to them at the showroom who then phoned me 4 days later to say I would need t take it back to them as they can get it cheaper - fair enough.nnBooked the car in to have this fixed. Waited all day for me to call to be told that they have replaced the camera but it's still not working because the coder had not turned up... booked the car in again and left it with them, to go back and find out the coder had yet again not tuned up.nnThe sales advisor who sold me the car came to talk to me, lovely guy who was generally concerned that I was miffed. Don't get me wrong the lady on the service desk was very good and very nice, but as of today nearly 6 weeks on my camera doesn't work and no communication from them, I've had to make contact again.nnWhilst the people who work in the showroom are nice the aftersales service is not to good. I did negotiate a free service when it needs one, which I have in writing via email, so I'm not hard done by but still miffed
