Good service, I would have liked more money but that's the way it goes. The whole process is quick and simple. Make sure you bring your log book, i.d, spare car key if you have one and that's it. Easy, quick service, process completed in 30 minutes.

We had Emma look after us today. Experience was very easy start to finish. Final quote wasn’t too bad and handover was sweet. It wasn’t too far off the online quote. Only cons. It is bad they charge you £30 if you want to receive payment same day / next day. Would use again.

Cant believe the poor service. Trying to book a room 4 calls. promised a return call no call. One call got through to reservations and was cut of retuned call and was told they are waiting for an important call. I am try to book a room for my daughter wedding. Quite important to me!!! I hope the wedding department are a lot better than reservation department. Very unhappy to be treated like this

We went to see your guy at the holiday Inn Basildon i was told to go to reception wicth i did tell them my number plate and they told me to go and tell your guy as he had the tablet to put my number plate in. to get evaluation for my bmw was not able to make a deal. Before leaving I ask for him to put my number on the parking eye and he told me he had is this a scam ? We now have a pricking fine for £60. We expect this to be pay by you or get removed ASAP
