Bought a car from this company, well what can I say , gave me more money by far for my px , and a discount on bmw I was purchasing, had the car 5 months now so decided to leave a review, car perfect in every way/ and was even chased up from Steve to make sure everything fine and I was happy , what more can I say , credit where credit’s due top motor dealer , very honest/ trustworthy/ and all perfect thanks again for a cracking dealnWill.be back again I’m sure j-s
Sales person very rude. Very unprofessional. Do not mark their cars up properly, one price on the car and another price on website. When deposit is taken for the car, then informed that the car won't be sold because of 'human error' even though paperwork and deposit was exchanged.
Buying the vehicle was fine - but once the vehicle is purchased the service goes swiftly down hill. The day after bringing my car home the service light came on. To then review the MOT information in the user manual, stating that all 4 tyres due to cracking and break pads had been advisories for the last 3 years and still not completed before the sale. Also I had no information surrounding the vehicles service history. I have since had a mechanic look over the vehicle as I have been ignored by the garage when I have phoned and texted. I have been quoted a bill over £1000; not what you expect after buying a new car from an apparent ‘reputable garage’. I would have appreciated transparency upon purchasing the car, rather than things being hidden. The aftercare and supposedly ‘3 month warranty’ is non existent. Additional to this I have had to get my spare key repairedit was barely a key & I received my log book today with misspellings so now having to sort this out too. I have read similar reviews on google, I wish I had of done more research on the company before even considering buying a car. They seem to sell faulty cars to families on multiple occasions with no intentions of resolving them; once the sale is completed they couldn’t care less.
