Very helpful the salesperson couldn't get their phone too read the enigma code on their catalogue,I installed one from SIMPLE DESIGN it's got a green scan and does the work for you.
Went into the Redruth branch today to collect a saw for my partner, the lovely Sophie R, was very helpful, I will definitely return to this branch!

Brilliant staff, item ordered ready for collection in under 3 minutes. Work boots, good quality, very cheap and never known before included spare laces. Able to return in 30 days if did not fit. So totally recommend.
Do not trust guaranteed next day delivery before 12. I paid for it the item didn't arrive tried ringing the store twice, put on hold for 20 minutes each time then cut off. Then drove to store where the very ignorant manager informed me they use parcel force for deliveries so can't do anything and told me to contact pa5cel force myself????? Item arrived next day at 11:50 the driver was very happy to tell us he had ten minutes to spare, I then pointed to yesterday's date on the label........ He hadn't noticed. Returned to store myself, full refund, closed new account never again.
Good to see Tanya is the New Manager. The previous manager who was a clown has gone elsewhere and thankfully taken his pet monkey with him. You can finally shop there now knowing that.
Everything I needed, very pleasant service
Covid 19. There set up is excellent. Order on line, get a text let you know when ready. Turn up, safety behind barrier. Staff gets your items, they move away, you collect. Perfect set up. Fast and feel totally relaxed picking items up. Got a good system going. Thanks to all the staff for been there to serve us all.
