Great service good kitchen's, if the MDF skirting and architrave had decent white primer on them then I'd give them 5 star, the primer they use is terrible, come on Howdens up your game!!!
We visited to get a quote for a new kitchen for a rental property. Rod couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Really appreciate your help.
Fantastic design team and brilliant set up for customers. Designer Rod was great and it wasn't a problem to revisit and tweak the design here and there. Really pleased, can't recommend enough!
Great service and knowledgeable staff.
The guy we saw, can't unfortunately remember his name, was extremely helpful, seemed to go out of his way with suggestions and showing us alternatives. It was a second visit with finished show rooms, sam had previously done a graph/cad drawings. Very impressed!!
Well stocked and helpful staff. Good planning team for kitchens would and do recommend. Use regularly.
Disappointed with Howdens, had one of their kitchen designers out in early March 2020, she said she would get back to use with designs. Never heard from them. Waited until covid 19 restriction started easing and called Howdens end of May. Was told designer had been furlough but was due to restart the following Monday. They would ask her to give me a call. Never heard from them. Mid June still no info from them, wouldn't use and wouldn't recommend.
Avoid at all cost! They booked a £7000 kitchen to my account without my permission and the rep lied to cover himself, now the legal team are chasing me for payment for a kitchen I’ve not had!! No one from the branch has ever returned my calls because they know they are 100% at fault
Helpful staff, reasonably priced quality products.
These guys really helped me out of a jam miles from home, very helpful and professional
