Bought on line from these guys. In truth not the most expensive piece but......... So well packaged, arrived on time and the item itself I can only describe a sheer quality. Fabulous. Well done origin and am in Penzance in a couple of weeks so we'll be in your shop to look through your choice.
Excellent, kind and caring staff. We asked the lady working there if they had a crab pendant. She said they used to but not any more. We bought some jewellery and left. But a few days later we went into the shop again and my daughter and I were just talking about her crab earrings when the lady walked passed us. She said you are the crab ladies and she said she had managed to get one. We couldn't believe she remembered us as we were on holiday. She was just so lovely. We go to this shop every time we come to marazion. Thank you so much. My daughter is delighted with her crab pendant as it has sentimental reasons behind it.
Went in today, the staff were delightful, helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. A great range of jewellery to suit any pocket. Have been going there for over 20 years and always the same.
Beautiful jewellery very reminiscent of its stunning location. Ideal spot for a bit of shopping to remind you of your holiday or even for Christmas.
Beautiful jewellery, and the staff are always lovely - my only critique is that their hand sanitizer STINKS!! So I use my own. But that really doesn't take away from the fantastic items available in the store!
We walked past this hidden little gem of a shop as we was exploring the rest of the village, and as we did, spotted some nice jewellery in the window which we wanted to buy. When we approached the shop there was one family in there already, so waiting at the door for 10 minutes being ignored, the lady serving eventually said 'yes can I help you with something' and proceeded to invite us in, if we went and stayed down the end of the shop. Anyway, we eventually made our way around the one way system and stood there in the queue whilst the lady served this family, which by now had lasted for about 25 minutes. She said 'do you want something' and we said yep, a few pieces of jewellery from the window please, she said I'm the only one here. We continued to wait whilst the family in front had decided to look at every item of jewellery there was available! As we approached the 40 minute waiting point, the lady behind the counter said, ohh would you like me to go and get someone else who could serve you. We just walked out in disgust. We had planned to spend in excess of £250 - their loss... we found another lovely jewelers up the road who we gave our money to instead :. Don't bother going. Understaffed, rude and pointless.
The product was absolutely beautiful, Fountain Pen, but the service was somewhat arrogant and if anything I felt ignored. Perhaps being a tourist my be one reason for this behaviour, I believe in supporting locally and wanted something precious to remind me of Marizion, think I now have that firmly in my mind!
Been visiting this shop for years and have always bought trinkets to take back as gifts as its really good quality silver, but lately their prices have rocketed along with a rude staff member, so not buying here again. Prices are quite a bit above affordable on a holiday budget really this time.
Have to agree with the review below. Unfortunately had to deal with the same woman I would say lady but she hardly acted like one. She needs to learn some manners, really she does. She dealt with me very unprofessionally and was extremely dismissive. I will not be setting foot in here again or dealing with any company or person affiliated with her. Awful woman.
