Bowdens Home Hardware has a 75+ year history selling hardware, ironmongery, DIY tools & decorating products to our customers in Helston and the Lizard Peninsula. We trade as a member of Home Hardware which has almost 500 shops and stores all over Britain. We have a very wide range of stock including a large home-brew section which has grown considerably over the past 5 years. We have a very good reputation for product knowledge and customer service. We look forward to seeing you soon.

Always friendly and helpful. Great for everyday household stuff. If you can't find it in Bowdens and they can't source it for you,.you may well have a search on your hands. Thoroughly recommended
I use this shop regularly, if you need anything from a fuse to a coal scuttle, you'll be pleasantly surprised at the stuff they stock. Excellent friendly staff always willing to help.
Always seem to gave whatever I ask for. Excellent store that stock most handyman items plus garden tools and assessories.
They are always so very helpful in Bowdens and somehow manage to have everything in store that you can think of. Great local store.
A good range of products. Tools, garden stuff, buckets, home brew supplies paint, polish, pots and pans nuts and bolts etc. etc. We are just in the area on holiday but I imagine it's the "go to" shop locally and I get the impression that it's long established and trusted establishment. The lady on the counter was friendly and helpful and the prices were what I would expect of a small business.
They've got pretty much anything you'll need and if not, they'll either get it in quick or know where to get it. It's great that Helston has this fantastic DIY store as it's so easy if you're in the middle of a project and missing something. Always a friendly service and nothing is too much.
This shop, staff have been so helpful, especially when I have had to isolate. One phone call in fact a few times now I have ordered items and they have had them ready for collection. Same day when in stock.
What a great town store, and if for some reason they don't have the item they are so willing to make every effort to get it, I call it the alladins cave,and may I complement the staff for their courteous and helpful service ,well done to you all.
