I forgot my mobile which had order reference on it. The purchase only amounted to about £4. The customer service employee very kindly allowed me to collect it having confirmed name and order thereby saving me a return journey today. Thank you.
Staff are great but... Toolstation has some serious problems, order items on the App and when you go to the store the item doesn't exist! Even though the app states that the order is completed! Happens way to often and always a wasted journey to the store
Most unhelpfulnThey should go on a customer service refresher course or attend one.nAt any point, did they try to go out of their way to help, but just ask, what's your code?
