Well stocked with some specialised items on next day delivery. Collect in-store next-day seems to be a recent service, saving delivery charges. Good website for both delivery and click & collect. Now offer trade accounts T&C apply.

Always use toolststion, always have amazing customer service until today!! Never seen this member of staff before, he was rude, impatient, rolled his eyes and sighed, then as I left muttered something to the young girl and followed me out for a cigarette!!! First bad experience ever!!
Great staff and service @andover Toolstation, with an efficient click and collect service. Great selection and stock levels rarely prevents an online purchase. This has been a real life saver this year. Only started to use toolstation this year from using a competitor for many years. Never looked back
We use Toolstation more than any other hardware/tool outlet. Good range, reasonably priced. Pleasant staff, stock availability is good. Recommended!
