Click and collect process just doesn’t work. Have tried twice now, this time alerting them to being on way at 14:50. Calling them when parked and still sat waiting at 15:49. Same story last time. This is supposed to be a time saver and in fact is taking longer.
Customer experience in this store getting worse and worse! Staff standing around doing nothing when I ask them for help they look at me like I am a nuisance, as a regular to this store it is becoming very off putting will be taking my custom elsewhere in future
Waited 5 hours for my shopping that I ordered through just eat phoned up a few times got told it was on its way when it wasn’t as she didn’t ask my name or anything so she didn’t know what I had ordered, rang again and spoke to a member of staff on home shopping and she was extremely rude and unprofessional told me they was too busy to pick my shopping and that it wouldn’t be picked either! Spoke to a manager and got told it would be delivered asap with a voucher fast forward my shopping got delivered ice melted no voucher and missing items do not recommend!
Was shopping last night in your store and the Personal Hygiene Or lack of it of one of your employees who was stacking your shelves was seriously disgusting . His body odour was so bad that I had to turn around mid aisle wretching my guts otherwise I would have spewed up everywhere , Not a good advertisement for a food store of a well known brand !
very busy i couldnt use my vouchers because the blue light card was scanned 1st and prevented me being able tovuse them as a result so was unable to get £15vouchers off 2bd time ive lost outnscan vouchers 1st then hope i can use my blue light card
