Would like to say a big thank you to the advisors in O2 Andover. They went out of their way yesterday to help me upgrade and try to sort out my broken phone. Its a shame I can't seem to get hold of O2 to tell them this, as they need some credit!! Thank you again!

bought a basic mobile phone here recently because that's what i wanted/needed. no pressure to upgrade to a more sophisticated model. staff very helpful & friendly. returned today to enquire about a possible problem with sending texts - resolved satisfactorily. excellent customer service. very warmly recommended. andrew ( ashmansworth, hampshire ) march 1, 2016
