You manager Mark in Andover is very condescending, rude and delusional. I tried to return a salt and pepper mill because it was defective and he refused to accept the return because according to him the product is not defective. He even attempted to show me how the empty mill was working and assured me he tested it. Being so blatant about contradicting your customers can only convince me that your representative in Andover has zero customer services awareness or he knows the items are defective and refuses to refund. I frankly couldn't care less about the £10 I spent on the product but as a principal I expect to be refunded for a defective item. Not only Mr. Mark refused to refund but was also hell bent on proving to me how he tested an EMPTY mill. Worst customer experience ever. I will avoid at all cost. Scammers or bad customer service. I don't know which one but I recommend avoiding it at all cost
Two floor branch. Selection is limited.nnI was looking for padded envelopes and very few of the items in inventory were in stock.nnGentleman at the checkout was polite.
I just find this Range to feel crowded and I can never find anything! It's great that it is over 2 floors, but it is not my favourite store as I can never find what I would like.
Great day out lots to see and do, the food is not cheap but that's just normal for these types of places.nDisabled access is good and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
Great Shop if you need some bits and bobs in last minute. Handy with lots of interesting gadgets.
