It's ok. That's just about it. Would like to see some homewares and linen. Not a huge range for men. The food hall has a good range of food unless like me you want free from food. The range of gluten free foods are dreadful. Probably why this year m and s have not done so well against the supermarkets. And what is that sparks card all about. I get offered one but no one seems to explain what it is. Just advertising I guess. No I don't want one.

Staff always friendly and helpful. Be great if m&s took on one of the bigger empty units in chantry centre for food, then the main store could stock a bigger variety of clothing.

Small store but very friendly and welcoming staff who consistantly are helpful and willing. The bra fitting service at the Andover branch is also very good.

Not bad but expect to wait along time for service the check out chicks have been there since it opened there getting on a bit haha
