Friendly, comfortable and professional. Zena is an excellent hairdresser and ensures I am completely satisfied with my hair before I leave the salon.

Couldn't have been more disappointed.

Myself and my mother booked an appointment today at Tonic to have our hair done together. The receptionist called me ten minutes before my appointment to let me know they had made a mistake with the bookings. The receptionist at no point apologised to me and seemed completely unbothered at putting me and my mother out. We had planned the trip together as we're going away on holiday. We are obviously not valued customers and easily replaced. Would never visit Tonic again.

Use this salon every time I need my hair doing, the staff are really friendly, and welcoming, always make you feel comfortable. Hannah always does my hair and she is great, would recommend anybody to have your hair done by Hannah :-)
