We are a well established family run business in Coventry. Opened in 2009, we specialise in human and synthetic hair extensions, and half head, full head and lace front wigs.

Rubbish! If I could I would rate this 0 stars. Firstly, me and my friend booked our appointment in advanced a couple of days before our appointment. However, when we got to the salon 10 minutes before our appointment was due we weren’t greeted or even acknowledged, and we had to just sit on the grubby floor because there were only 4 waiting seats available and they were all full. They were letting everyone who came through the doors in and it was like first come first serve no matter if you had booked an appointment or not. After waiting for an hour, we got fed up of waiting, so we went up to a member of staff who still hadn’t acknowledged us and was just sitting on his phone doing nothing and said that we were booked in for an hour ago and he said that we would be next in line. After around another 20 minutes of waiting, one of us was finally called to get our nails done. We felt like our nails were done very rushed so they could try and fit the 8 other people waiting within the hour that they had left open. We also felt like the discussions that they made with us were very inappropriate for our age we are 15, they were asking questions like where we live, where do we go to school, how we are getting home and repetitive comments about our appearance such as “you are very beautiful”. We also know that this wasn’t just us as we know other people who have been asked similar questions by the members of staff there. The result of our nails were not at all to the standard that we asked for, they were not the length, style or colour that we showed and we weren’t even asked what shape that we wanted, they just assumed what we wanted it was a coincidence that they gave us the shape that we wanted, however they didn’t ask us. They even had a sign of the shape of the nails that you could get yet they still didn’t ask us. The nails were painted extremely badly like a toddler had painted them. They were very streaky and were everything but smooth as they had lumps on them. Furthermore, when it came for us to pay originally the nails are advertised and we had been told over the phone that it is £20 for a full set of acrylics, however they asked us for £25 yet everyone around us had been asked for £20 and were also getting a full set of acrylics. As a result, I would NOT recommend this nail salon to anyone!

Absolutely horrendous I wouldn’t even rate it 1 star but I don’t have that choice  my nails were horrible as soon as I came in and sat down she was rude and rushed my nails. My nails look like crayons Thick, chunky and nothing that’s worth £20 even tho I asked for square acrylics they said £15 but changed the price up right infront of me face. She didn’t paint them properly and each of my fingers were different shapes she was on the phone whilst doing my nails more time she was watching the person on ft  they were aggressive 100% wouldn’t recommend waste of money.

Lovely guy, great nail technician nails look very nice after they’ve been done. Defiantly recommend and the prices are reasonable.

I always come here to do my nails, excellent quality, they last really long and the staff are very nice and friendly.

Rush your nails, don't  concentrate on your nails. He was on the phone while doing my nails, when your nails are physically ready to fall off it pulls your whole nail off with it. Will not be going back there

Always does what you want, really good quality and stay on for at least 2 weeks. Friendly and welcoming.

So lovely and nails are amazing! Definitely going back
