I was a loyal customer here for many years until I had terrible service from the new hairdresser. I explained to the owner what had happened & she didn't take my complaint on board, basically called me a liar! They've lost me as a customer with their terrible attitude, I've moved on elsewhere for my hair & beauty treatments where I'm not treated badly.
