Absolutely brilliant did me and my daughter's hair before Christmas, did it how we wanted it, the girls from reception to the nails and beauty treatment were all fantastic, definitely going back . 😀

Initially went due to groupon. Happy with the results and continuing to return. Good staff, atmosphere and gets my hair how I like it.

I was given a groupon voucher for a massage for my birthday .i have rang numerous times only to go through to a messaging service leaving a voicemail which nobody replied to me.i finally went to the salon to see why no one was answering and it was closed when the opening times said it should have been open,another person was waiting outside too.not happy as my time has been wasted.will be getting in touch with groupon!

My nail therapist arrived more than  20 minutes late for my appointment, hit me I. The eye with a false nail the flew off a nail pot and charged me more than I was originally quoted on booking. She did apologise for being late but this is a service industry. If you make mistakes the customer should be compensated. I will not be returning
