I really like the wqxing treatment. I have been informed at the reception desk that waxing with their chocolate hot wax is less painful and designed for the sensitive skin. I was thinking that it may be their trick! Literally, after getting my treatment i had to agree with them since it was less painful as well as very quick. Therapist had shown me the hair stuck on the wax. I could easily figured out that the hair was from the deep of the root. I had my waxing done at other place but i had not the same experience.

i have been a loyal customer to this salon for last five years. the best thing i have had from this salon is their quality. though the price has been increased twice (in five years) i have always received good quality of the price that i have paid to them. i would like to recommend to other people not because of their wonderful service experience that i am having in my every visit.

My girlfriend I bought a voucher for and she had a pedicure done. First of all they did the wrong pedicure then they said it was fine for her to go but when she got home both big toes were smeared. She went back today to try and resolve it but was told she had to report the problem within 3 days. She works very hard and this was the first time she could go back and wasn’t aware of any 3 day policy. Especially when you can see it’s only the big toes that are obviously smeared. Manager refused to do anything about it. Would highly avoid. They don’t listen and don’t care about customers.
UPDATE: The response below is a COMPLETE LIE. There were no such notices and my girlfriend was never told any of this. In pure frustration at the complete rudeness of the manager and refusal to listen to her she did indeed throw a pricelist at the manger which amusing caught his nose. She told me about this and I was laughing so hard. It just goes to show what happens IF YOU DON'T LISTEN TO CUSTOMERS and ARE NOT VERY HELPFUL AT ALL.

i was worrying so much about laser. i had very bad experience at another salon for laser. i tried this salon (after so much insist from one of my friend). it was completely different experience of laser i had in this salon. i didn't feel any burn or itchiness during my treatment. thanks for such a lovely experience. you have totally changed my laser perception! see you next month for my second laser session!

Awful service. Staff are beyond rude and very bossy. Went to get my eyebrows waxed and was bossed about on where to position my hands so the lady could thread them, please take into consideration my eyes are closed and can’t even understand what the woman was saying. Very very rude and aggressive in her tone. Staff are disrespectful and incompetent. Would not reccommend as they fail to do the simplest of tasks... and overcharged.
